XX: Crossroads Institute Professional Development Exchange

A one-of-a-kind intergenerational training conference in New Orleans for artists, educators and activists from around the world. The 3-day intensive is designed for two constituencies: (a) adult teachers, students, administrators, youth developers, community organizers and artists who work with young people; and (b) young people who are participating in their classrooms or programs and have demonstrated interest in arts-based youth development as a career. Participants return home with new ideas, new exercises and renewed positive energy that strengthen the bonds between youth and adults within their organizations.
