Traveling Arts & Social Change Hot House
A three-day training residency for 30-50 youth and adults from one or more organizations in the same community, suitable mainly for scheduling during weekends and holidays. The main activity is a 24-hour creative marathon (“hot house”) that grows partnerships between a core group of artists, educators and activists who want to work together—either again or for the first time.
» Cost: Flat fee plus expenses
With enough advance notice, Crossroads Institute will seek matching grants to cover 50% of the costs and sponsor organizations find the rest, either in cash or in-kind.
